We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "Ar condicionado não funcionava, chuveiro ou ficava fervendo ou gelado. Check era as 14hs e fomos liberados para entrar às 14:30. Suco do café da manhã uma água, só margarina e geleia, fiação do quarto toda exposta, garagem por ordem de chegada, se hotel estiver muito cheio ou se chegar tarde não terá vaga, nosso carro ficou na rua.
