The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been an information book about the wifi, no housekeeping on Sunday etc. when asking the staff they were very helpful with my questions and sorted extra towels wtc. "The room we were given was directly above the smoking area of the pub. Asked for a different room and our second room had disabled toilet/shower facilities. We were wanting a bath. The room also had quite an unpleasant smell to it. We used the spa and sauna.. my partner accidentally left our room key in the sauna and so we were stuck in the pool area with no way out. There was no phone or button to alert the hotel. Quite alarming and potentially dangerous. We were finally able to wave down...
