"Thisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening as well for patrons to have additional ease for thier safety. Doors also locked properly and sealed tightly. Bathroom amenities were standard hotel fare with basic white linens, hygiene items etc. Breakfast was stocked constantly during its scheduled time with fresh fruits, fresh fruit salad, juices, milk, omelets, wafdle maker etc. Staff ensured the dining area was also clean at all times as well and helping those staying with any issues that may happen. Indoor pool is smaller than others however it is also kept very clean without being overly saturated with chemicals and was nice to relax in when in use. Overall, this will be a place to keep on a list of hotels to stay at while visiting the area. The hotel does also work with the Hilton app that allowed me to check in and not worry about phsyical room keys."

"The property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The daily breakfast helped get us ready for the day, although I'd recommend the local coffee shop over the hotel coffee, personally. The indoor pool was a great way to start or end the day. Overall the staff and property were well worth the charges and helped provide for a great visit."

"We loved our stay. The staff was outstanding! Especially Kevin and corey. There was one waitress named kimberly who wasn't very nice. I know she was buys and my father is elderly and demanding, but she kinda threw down his desert and didn't offer to replace his spilled wine. "
