Hyatt Place Atlanta / Perimeter Center

10/10 Excellent

"5/5! This place was so great. Great area with lots of things to do. The staff was amazing, there was a young lady with an accent and she was the sweetest, helped us navigate the city pass and activities to do in the area. Traveled with young kids and the floor was sound proof! So helpful! Would 100% recommend."

"I walked into the lobby to check-in, and the guy in front of me asked me where the ‘b*tches’ were, looking for prostitutes I’m guessing. I didn’t see any but this place must be a prime clientele location if he was bold enough to ask this to a stranger. The air conditioner in our room was leaking water and it was the last non-smoking room available. The Wi-Fi was unusable. Towels were stained. The bathroom/shower wasn’t necessarily dirty but it wasn’t in the best shape either. There was someone ominously standing outside my room window at 5am. Could’ve been smoking or something but I was a little too scared to see. I was in a bit of an emergency and only had $70 to spend for the night. I highly doubt I’ll stay here again."

"I enjoyed my room. The staff were not friendly. Unfortunately my 2nd meal was horrible. I picked up my meal ( simple Mediterranean burger and fries) My food was cold. The only reason I didn’t returned it because I was so hungry. I had to use the microwave. My fries were not fresh. It tasted old. The restaurant was empty at the time. So I don’t understand why I received cold and old food."

"The hotel will not allow you to use the HDMI ports on the TV, the TV channels were very choppy, the TV would randomly just change to the guide channel. The pool towels are always empty, and then they billed my card that I used for incidentals for the room, even though I had paid with a separate card on Expedia. The air conditioning in tye rooms are very out of date and the elevator sounds like a sinking ship. The internet is slow. The staff are very nice and the breakfast staff are exceptional. I will not be staying at that hotel or any Hyatt place for that matter. Holliday inn isn't fancy by any means but is leaps and bounds better than hyatt place."

"I was kind of nervous after reading the reviews, but I'm glad that we decided to stay at this hotel. It's a nice hotel the staff was friendly and helpful the room was very spacious for my family of six it was very clean. Breakfast was good for my kids. only thing I dislike is you have to pay for parking."

"The hotel was just your average hotel room, we did enjoy the coffee in the hotel room as well as the mini fridge. One of the lights in the bathroom was out, the front desk agent said they are having those replaced. There was only one trash can in the hotel room which was in the bathroom, you could hear the toilet flush from other rooms and the toilet flushed loudly in our room as well. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Close to certain things nearby such as a grocery store, coffee shops, and other places to eat."
