We asked so many times for extra pillows but still did not receive in our room the desk allways closed every time would not stay there again because poor service

We arrived late that evening, and there was nobody on duty, we had to put a security code into a keypad to gain access. We then had to find our room and then input the security code again. The disappointing thing about this is that the room was quite dirty, we took a photograph of this and we provided this to the owner in the morning via an email from the receptionist as she could not get hold of the owner. We have sent that email twice and not had any response from the owner. We included the photograph to prove our point , but they were not interested in any compensation for the dirtiness. We also reported this to Expedia, who contacted the owner or more than one occasion who refused to provide any compensation, even though they had a copy of the photograph clearly detailing the dirtiness.

La chambre est bien, le point négatif est le parking sécurisé qui n’est pas accessible puisque réservé à la compagnie de CRS, obligé de se garer sur le parking du Buffalo.

Wir kamen an, es war keine Menschenseele zu sehen. Irgendwann haben wir einen Automaten gefunden, bei welchem man einchecken kann. Als wir ins Zimmer gingen, fanden wir ein Badezimmer vor, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben. Schmutzig, alles verkalkt, und es stand ein Nassschaber in der Dusche, welcher auch nicht mehr der beste war. Ein Duschvorhang war nicht vorhanden. Ausserdem waren wir in einem barrierefreien Zimmer umgeteilt worden, obwohl wir dies nicht gebucht hatten. Das Bett war unbequem (dünne Matratze auf einem Holzbrett). Wir haben unser Gepäck genommen, und uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Denn ein Badezimmer in so einem schmutzigen Zustand war nicht würdig...

Pour commencer le code de réservation délivré par Hôtel.com ne fonctionnait pas ; j’ai dû solliciter le service de l’hôtel pour obtenir mon code d’accès à la chambre… le tout à 23h ! Pas top. La chambre sentait la cigarette à notre arrivée et la salle de bain pas super bien nettoyée. Je n’y reviendrai pas !

Présente pour raison professionnelle, j'ai logé une seule nuit à l'hôtel. Arrivée en dehors de l'ouverture de l'accueil, j'ai été très bien accueillie par le gardien de nuit. Je souhaite évoquer le manque crucial de signalisation d'accès à l'hôtel qui pose un véritable problème.
