Ridiculous -- internet should be flawless. Also, I was happy there was a Keurig in my room, but it didn't work either. "

Smelled musty, floor was literally wavy and uneven. Bathroom was filthy with mold and hair in the shower. The next day, noticed bites on my son’s belly. Chatted in with hotels.com and they called and said to go down and it would be handled - I did the next morning and they said they would call me when the manager was there and they never did. "The entire motel was under renovations and construction. The staff had failed to mention that and told me that there wasn’t going to be a room available for another half an hour when I asked if there was a room that was available they said yes however I should be prepared for the carpenters to install a table in my room. I asked how much longer this would take because I had just finished hiking and wanted to get some sleep. They said the until the end of the day. At which point I had given up for there was no other room available for me at all. The lady apologized and said that I would be refunded however when we spoke to Expedia, she denied all claims and held me accountable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs."
