"The Hotel is relatively new and clean, and the check-in staff was very courteous and helpful. The Hotel does not have a working elevator; I had to change our room from the third floor to the ground floor. There is no coffee maker in the room, and the bathtub-and-shower combination is probably built for midgets or 5-year-olds. One literally has to sit or bend down to take a shower to the upper body part. There is no hot water either. "
"Room was clean. Sparsely decorated. Strange looking furniture that didn’t seem match the room. Bed was on the hard side but was comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Limited amenities with ice machine and one vending machine located only on the first floor. A/C worked great."
"Front desk staff was very helpful. This is a decent place to stay that is less expensive than some of the other options in Monroe. Will plan to stay here again."
"Upon arrival it’s a normal quality inn no trash in the parking lot which was nice, each side had decent parking so it wasn’t hard to find a spot. I will say it’s nice not long walk to the front of the building after 9 when the close the other door. But it only takes a few minutes. The lady at the front desk talks fast lol but she was super friendly. As far as the room they were decent I did see they offered shampoo, conditioner and after shower lotion, while I didn’t use them I think they should offer body wash as well or replace the lotion with the body wash. A/c was nice and cold now I will say the tv to me felt a little small and slow and I wish it was easier to switch between the channels then having to continuously scroll or wait for the tv guide which on 2 separate channels.I know they are renovating so maybe those will get an upgrade. We didn’t use the pool but I assume it was open. Breakfast had decent options everything was set and wrapped nicely to avoid cross contamination between things and people. I do wish they offered turkey bacon or sausage vs the pork and maybe some oatmeal. They had apples but I really wanted a banana or an orange they might change the fruit out I’m not sure.the apple juice was kinda tangy. My daughter did hope they had other flavors of yogurt than vanilla but we made it work. Overall it was an ok breakfast that we ate in the room. Check in and out was super smooth as well.would stay again if needed area it is in is also good"
