dommage que l on ne puisse pas couper le chauffage dans la chambre ou nous etions nous avons dormi fenetres et volets ouvert en decembre bien qu il ne fasse pas trop froid mais lumiere et bruit rue genant dommage tous le reste est parfait sur le radiateur pas de robinet pour regler ou fermer vue avec le proprio y as qu a laisser tous ouvert

Chambre correcte, par contre sdb bac douche pas tres avenant joints dégradés ou moisissures, tuyaux en laiton en extérieur tres vetustes et rédhibitoires pour avoir envie de se laver dans cette douche,auxquels s'ajoutent une odeur d egouts épouvantable dans toute la chambre qui se situe pourtant au 2e etage.... Après discution sur ce point avec le propriétaire je laisserai sur ce point le benefice du doute du caractere exceptionnel de ces odeurs suite a refoulement des dans la cave de l établissement du a de grosses intempéries sur la ville. Petit déjeuner buffet à volonté 8.50€!!! Ou l on vous sert 3 croissant donc 1 par personne,donc il vous faut preferer les tartines, pas de yaourts,pas de fromages pour accompagner votre jambon blanc ou autres charcuteries....

Etablissement tranquille pas de parking privé mais on peut stationner sur la petite place un peu plus loin les chambres sont moyennes et vieillottes mais la literie est confortable . Le petit dejeuner dans le jardin est agreable manque aussi un peu d'entretien

Limite insalubre

Chambre familiale No 11 minuscule,sdb vétuste et aussi et surtout moisissures au mur et très mauvaise isolation phonique. Sinon très bien chauffée,excellente occultation par volets électriques,bonne literie,draps impeccables.
