Very clean. Restaurant was very good and the complimentary breakfast was great! I wish the rooms were air conditioned, but have realized most places in Sweden do not have air conditioning. Overall an excellent place to stay!

First time using this hotel. Very good. Staff very helpful. Shuttle service great. Just 5 min from terminal 4. Only a short wait for the bus to come after calling. Good variety breakfast, thank you. Will stay here next time.

The property is really close to the airport. Offers a shuttle. Don't forget to call in advance and let them know you are coming and ask where you wait to be picked up. Otherwise excellent value for money with breakfast included!

Very Good Airport Accommodation

Good place to stay for early flights. Clean and efficient hotel. The only thing i didn't like was the " double bed." It was two twin beds pushed together. The beds slid apart everytime we tried to snuggle. We nearly fell through the " grand canyon" several times.

Healthier organic food choices please!

You pride yourself in eco but your apples, pears oranges were not eco, but hopefully your cleaning products are. More healthy eco food options would be great. Good that you have a gluten free section. Would have loved some walnuts. Otherwise all was OK and I really appreciate the 24 hours free shuttle service and parking opportunities. Peter W. The hotel is quite basic and clearly meant for short stays near the airport, which is acceptable. However, the behavior of one staff member was completely unacceptable. The male shuttle bus driver refused to help me with my luggage, even though I was visibly unwell. After I struggled to carry my suitcase by myself, he even remarked, “You should have brought a smaller one.” This was the rudest treatment I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Thankfully, the female driver was kind and helped me without hesitation. The male staff member’s attitude was disgraceful and deserves serious attention.
