I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice."

"Stayed two nights - good size room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly hosts, good location with pubs and places to eat a few minutes walk away. Easy to get into Chester from here. Excellent."

"The staff were lovely, the room was comfortable, no major issues at all. The room/decor could maybe do with a lick of paint, a couple of broken bits here and there, but overall, given it's probably the cheapest stay you can find that close to the city, it's incredibly good!"

"The shared bathroom is dirty, the bath had brown marks inside, the carpet tiles in the bedroom were all coming up causing a trip hazard, and the fire extinguisher was missing from the hall way. Would not recommend."
