"I'm here Monthly. Everything is broken!! And they blame it on the "remodel". It's bs! I've been in two newly remodeled rooms and there are a lot of broken items that are brand new. Only 1 working ice machine in the entire building due to the "remodel". That's bs, They can be fixed in a week. The entry doors are broken, apparently, due to the remodel. Again, more bs. No fridge in the room, no ironing board. A/c does whatever it wants.
Hate to say it, but it's American construction at its finest! Put in the cheapest crap you can find and raise the rent to cover repairing the new broken junk! Well done Radisson!! You're worthless!!"

"I deducted 3 stars because my room was not cleaned AT ALL! Simply taking out the trash that I bagged neatly is not indicative of the rate I had to pay for my stay. I mean didn’t even take the glasses back provided through room service… I did however add a star back because security was kind enough to walk me to my car where I was forced to park on the top level of the garage due to a comedy show."

"Checking took 20 minutes, not one person ahead of us, a customer that was already staying there, was “directing” the staff member. Staff member did not make eye contact or speak to me until he finally finished with the man who checked In without an ID, I thought ID was required, I had to provide mine.
He gave a map of the hotel, and said go this way for elevator, sign did not reflect that there was an elevator that way.
Breakfast was ok, staff in charge was sitting at the bar and playing on his phone the whole time we were there. Dirty towels were visible near the food."
"We were able to check in early, which was nice. TV and bathroom were outdated. There were two of us. I had to ask for a second room key and there were exactly two of each towel. Seemed a little stingy—a bit inconvenient if you want to take more than one shower. But it was fine for one night."
"I had hair on my sheets and the rooms were not clean. The area was sketchy and pretty sure the people by us were doing drugs, you could smell it and it had that atmosphere. I'd never recommend staying there."
