"Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Could not use my fire stick, very weak Wi-Fi. Toilet don't flush, had to add water to make it work. Very Bad!!!"

"The first experience was when we checked in. They require a $20 cash deposit which was not stated until we got there. When we got checked in, we went up to our room. It had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The shower was broken when we tried to shower. We had to go ask for another room. The second room at least didn’t smell. The sheets looked like it was mildewed. The shower worked but the shower curtain was too short so water got all over the floor. Throughout the night there was a lot of noise both outside and in the hallways. Needless to say, we did not sleep well and would never return. "
