Beautiful property and hosts

The property is beautiful and in a fantastic location. Marie and Ricky our hosts were amazing. Attention to detail in the unit was next level. Superb experience all round.

The property was a short distance away from the town centre. The breakfast cupboard was well stocked as far as continental option goes. Little touches makes a big difference - chocolate fish, Nespreso machine, Sky cable, beautiful garden by the deck. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent B and B in Martinborough.

Could fault nothing during our 2 night stay in early December. Friendly welcome.....well equipped and very comfortable self-contained unit with great outdoor seating also. Marie had contacted us before our stay with suggestions of places to visit and recommended eateries. Highly recommended.

Everything was amazing ! Room and bathroom clean ! Has a kitchenette perfect for a couple! We enjoyed it so much ! Definitely will recommend and will come back and stay here again, but for longer ! The bikes are real good and helpful!

Martinborough at its best!

Swan House was in an idyllic setting. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast left in our room was excellent and the seating area outside the room was clean and spacious. We borrowed bikes and toured round the nearby wineries enjoying a glass or three under blue skies. Marie, our lovely welcoming host provided us with a map of the area which was quiet and easy to get around.. We found our overall experience at Swan House amazing. I would definitely stay here again

Great spot in Martinborough!

Lots of little touches made this a perfect place to stay...from the offer of early check-in to the offer to do some laundry for us, to the recommendations for sights to see at our next destination. Best of all were the complimentary bikes with helmets and lock! Enjoyed the nespresso coffee as well.

Amazing place to stay

We had such a lovely stay. The rooms was spacious, clean cosy and so quiet at night. The owners were super friendly and helpful, the bikes were great and their tip for the local farmers market was spot on. I can’t recommend this highly enough.
