"My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. "We needed a pet-friendly place for one night while traveling on I-81 and this Hampton Inn was perfect. It was an easy off and back on the highway, parking was ample and convenient, and the breakfast was actually quite good. There were several chain restaurants just a few steps away, so we didn't need to get in the car again once we parked it. If I had packed bathing suits, I might have enjoyed the small outdoor pool that was very inviting after hours on the road."
