"As good as it gets. Perfect location near Kaglan U-Bahn. Room was very spacious and had everything you needed, comfortable beds. Free coffee from the machine in the lobby. Escalator to the hotel to ease the burden of heavy luggage. Very good value for money. I will definitely stay here again."

"I liked the convenient location of this hotel for taking the Vienna U-Bahn into & around the city. Also the hotel is a convenient location when arriving into Vienna from Czechia. The breakfast was good at this hotel (I really liked the scrambled eggs). Friendly service from hotel staff. The hotel building & rooms are in good condition & I found the room bed to be comfortable."

"We have stayed here before as we have family living up the street a short distance and find it ideal. We were in Top 5b this time and enjoyed our stay. Struggled with the shower initially as went cold after only being in it a few minutes which can be a shock. Strange as it righted itself after 2 days and we had no further issues with it. The pedestal fan in this flat it worse than useless and these flats really do need a good fan when temperatures are in mid to top 30 degrees. Overall though enjoyed our stay and would use again."

"I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. He was so kind and helpful and has said he will wait at the hotel untill we arrived. We got our folder at last and it's all thanks to the young man at the reception."
