"The hotel has a great ocean view and an excellent location directly across from the beach. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing due to multiple service and housekeeping issues.
Upon arrival, there was broken glass at the hotel entrance, creating a safety concern. When we requested a luggage cart, we were told none were available. I specifically requested a room away from the elevators, but was assigned a room directly next to them, resulting in significant noise throughout our stay.
Housekeeping was another major issue. I requested room service and cleaning from four different staff members, including front desk personnel and housekeepers. Despite these repeated requests, the room was not properly serviced. During the first visit, towels were changed and the bed was straightened, but the sheets were not changed and the room was not adequately cleaned.
In addition, the hotel was consistently noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.
Given these service failures and the inconvenience they caused, I believe a refund for one night’s stay is reasonable and appropriate. I respectfully request that management review my concerns and issue a one-night refund as a gesture of good customer service."
