"The staff were courteous and responsive. The meals at the restaurant is quite nice. And the environment is quite secure. Although i think the structures and facilities in the hotel need some improvement/ upgrades. I would say I got good value for my money "

"I booked the apartment for 20 nights but on arrival I was told there is no reservation and I had to look for an alternative. No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!"
