Ways to improve our stay-breakfast was more expensive than usual so we expected a much wider range of choice of cooked breakfast(a supplement was charged) breads and pastries.Room air conditioning instructions were in 5 languages but not in English so staff could have explained that to us. My elderly parents were staying in another room which was not suitable for their mobility issues (floors uneven =trip hazard). Perhaps this should be stated in the hotel details? Overall, the staff were very accommodating and helpful as you'd expect at this high price range. "
