"Stayed at RF on the 23rd floor with a beautiful bay view. The scenery was truly relaxing, especially with the wide open view from the room. The space was comfortable, clean and perfect for a peaceful stay. Definitely a lovely experience and worth recommending."

"Just something that needs attention. Car parking rules are not conveyed to us resulting in both our cars being wheel clamped. Hotel did not register our cars on arrival and so car park personnel didn't know that the cars were parked by hotel guest. Also as the process of unlocking the clamps took so long that our half hour grace period to exit car park has been exceeded. That is probably the reason why we were charged RM25 instead of RM5 per entry charges as told to us when we booked the stay with you. Anyway luckily RM25 is not really a hugh sum but the hotel could improve on this parking issues such as informing guest the rules. Things like having to exit car park within half an hour on validation is not very smart as being a guest checking out is 12 noon, the cut off timing should have been 2359 on the day of checkout. Then we don't feel so anxious to get out quickly. What if there is a car park exit jam? Rushing to get out of the carpark is not complimenting the great experience already enjoyed prior to going off. Hope this can be a good feedback to you and so we look forward to our next stay with positivity ."

"The hotel is about 10 to 15min walk from City Square and easy to get to. Initially, we did not know how to get there, so took a bus from JB Sentral, #J10 and drop about 350 meters from it. Staff guided us to go to the 3rd floor carpark and turn right towards Public Bank, City Square is just after it."

"Very responsive staff to help with everything in the home. Down sides to consider are- only one key card so that makes going out separately challenging. Laundry area was really good...clothes dry super fast after washing. detergent provided. Helpful host that provided mosquito repellent when we complaint of bites after 1st night stay Location excellent within walking distance to KSL and many food places around"
