"Stayed here for the 3rd time with my family. Still as impressive, staffs were super welcoming and helpful. However, this time round we have found the cleanliness in the room to have declined. We found a biscuit wrapper that does not belong to us on the bed. Which means that the bedsheets were not changed after the previous customers had left. During house keeping, for the bathroom only the floor mat was changed. Sinks and toilet were not scrubbed. Also to note that it would be good to brief staff not to discard travel sized amenities because my facial wash was discarded 😅 "

"Everything is so-so. Selectiveness at breakfast payment for extra pax. We were rightfully charged RM20 per payable child for 2 children, but multiple children after us were seen to be let in without payment despite being of age."
