"Had an absolutely wonderful day at this facility. The staff was unbelievably friendly, spoke very good English and was very accommodating as we had three dogs. There’s no such thing as a perfect hotel, but this was as close as you can get. If I had to really be nitpicky, I’m surprised for a Hilton that the shower didn’t come with better amenities, but that’s me being really picky."
"Breakfast was delicious each day and very good service, however what I didn't like was: the wifi in our room was non functional you had to go to the lobby or outside to use your phone. There was no phone in thd room or any way to contact the front desk except to walk all the way up there. Also there were two pools and they were nice but there were no lounge chairs anywhere to relax. Also it said there was hot water but there was tepid/ lukewarm water at best. Had I known these things I would not have stayed at this hotel.....it is located very close to the airport and there is transportation from the airport but there are clearly better nicer places that have more amenities"
