"The hotel is not safe.My daughter who is 13 years old was harrassed and intimidated by a man at the pool who was also staying at the hotel. I reported the incident to the hotel staff but no action was taken. I even emailed the hotel manager but I have never received any reply. I also spoke to that man who smelled alcohol and no staff stayed by the side to support me although the staff witnessed the incident. "Staff all amazingly helpful and friendly. Spa was a bit compact but ok and clean. Pool fine, although staff at the pool bar seemed a bit rushed off their feet and there was a couple of occasions where quite a queue built up. However, staff still friendly and happy."
