"Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. "I highly recommend booking this accommodation. It is so clean and the family is so helpful and kind. One of the biggest benefits for us was the location. With Caye Caulker being a bit of a party area, especially at night by the water; if you aren't into that vibe, this accommodation being more 'in-land' made it a lot more quiet and peaceful. "Perfect location for me. Great pizza delivered to my room. So much good food and great beaches and grocery stores within a couple blocks. Simple, good WiFi, cold AC. All I needed. However if an occasional gecko, roach, or some pealing paint ruins your day this may not be the place for you. "
