"I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times never had an issue but the last time I stayed there I had to change my room three times due to two of the rooms. The bolt lock did not work on them so I wasn’t able to lock the doors from the inside, other than having the normal card lock, but for safety reasons, I would prefer to have the bolt lock. As being a solo female traveler, I prefer to have a room to add the bolt lock workin. The other issue I had was the third room I received the AC did not work and the temperature never reached below 80° in the room. It was extremely uncomfortable. I did let management know and they told me to email them and file a claim. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is very clean, but unfortunately, I ran into some incidents that weren’t satisfactory on this trip."

"Room nice size. Parking good. Room clean but burn holes in blanket and outlet cover broke. But the bathroom was spotless! Good value for price. No breakfast but coffee."

"Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly but not very helpful. This experience was so terrible we just canceled/checked out and went to a different hotel, was immensely disappointed and very confused about all these positive reviews. When we checked into the other hotel the clerk mentioned they had stayed there when they first moved to town and suffered from bed bugs and also had to check out early."

"Parking was interesting, on a hill, so unique. Construction was being done at the facility, which was dusty. Noise was restricted to daylight hours, so that was ok. Rooms were clean and had pleasant smells. The breakfast was somewhat cold if you did not go first thing. Selection was good. Hard time opening the doors to rooms, had to switch room due to faulty fridge and the doors on both were a challenge. They appear to be older key models. Any questions or issues were handled right away by the staff. Stay was pleasant, noise was low and would stay again."
