Great stay near Sorrento

Nice hotel in a beautiful setting outside of Sorrento. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room overlooking the pool and with the sea in the distance. Great breakfast included. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it is a very short walk (10 minutes) to a nearby hill town with a variety of restaurant options. Nice pool (although not heated). On-site parking was available.

This is a lovely hotel in a peaceful location yet minutes walk to the nearby village. Our room was always kept clean and fresh towels every day.The pool area is very nice and spotless.I hope to return again soon.

One of the best views . The view of Naples Bay is incredible. Perched on the hillside gives one a wonderful view . The staff were great . They sent the shuttle for outside the schedule.would definitely recommend . The Expresso Martini at the bar is sublime.

We would go back for sure - the view from our balcony amazing. The food is the only negative but im also not a fan of european food. The hotel is about a 15 min ride up a winding road so be sure you aren't someone who gets car sick. But once at hotel it's truly beautiful.

We stayed at the villas, the facility is very old, dont have elevator, matress and pillows are not good, rooms are very clean and breakfast is really good a lot to choose bur if you stay longer be prepared to eat the same, there is space for parking and they have shuttle to Sorrento, the staff was not so friendly but in overall is ok

I love the fact that the staff are professionals. The dining room is excellent, and the breakfast is okay. I like the fact that they organise tours and airport pick-up and drop-off. It would be good to know if there are security cameras in the villas and hotel hallways.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day stay at Grand Hotel Hermitage. We were met at the hotel entrance by Renato, hotel manager. He made us feel right at home. All the staff are so helpful. The room over looking the Naples Bay is amazing. Nice pool. Very good dining options. We also booked an Amalfi boat tour through the hotel. We met one couple from England that told us they have been coming this hotel 20 years in a row!
