Excellent, Would recommend.

The property is reaslly nice with large spacious rooms. The hotel is located in a very peaceful remote location with stunning views. The pool was really nice, but could do with some heating and it would be nice if there was a small fitness centre on-site. There was a limited lunch menu based on being so remote. Dinner was great, but a very small restaurant. The couple managing the hotel were really friendly

We have booked 2 rooms at Hotel President for 4 nights as were were travelling with my husband's parents. We were all very very happy our choice. The service was superb, the food out of this world: both breakfast and dinner and the hotel was in a great location. The Double Room with balcony, Partial Sea View (Prestige) wasn't as nice and big as the Exclusive Double Room, Balcony, Partial Sea View, but if you don't needs lots of space I would still highly recommend it! A lovely hotel with wonderful, friendly staff.

We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive. There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Had a fabulous stay. The room was large and very clean. The staff were friendly especially the receptionist. We enjoyed the restaurant that had local choices and I can recommend finishing with the sweet wine and homemade biscotti! Lucca is a wonderful town and very easy to get to from the hotel. We spent the morning in town and the afternoon by the hotel pool. Perfect!

Well if you are going to stay in Lucca this is the place to come to Celeste and family are so welcoming it was as if you had known them for years,communication was great for getting in if she was out, the premises are in a wonderful quiet area about 5mins outside the wall away, to walk from train station around the wall to the exit port about 30 - 45 mins just google to see, the villa has good security ,the bedrooms are fantastic and bed very comfortable,all the information is supplied for...

A wonderful relaxing hotel with very friendly staff

Valentina and Pietro were both amazing. Property location was perfect. Clean, different and facilities were excellent. Loved the fact that Valentina kept in touch all through our stay and sent helpful guides and map to us. Also lovely pictures of Lucca. We will return.

We have stayed at this hotel on various occasions over the past 3 years and have always been really pleased. The hotel is the perfect base from which to explore this part of Tuscany or as a staging post following a late arrival / early departure flight from Pisa. We stayed in room 9. We loved the unusual decor,cleanliness, the friendly staff, the good size of shower (not being the thinest of people), the air conditioning that worked really well, breakfast and the drinks and bits to eat in the basement dining room availability 24 hours per day. It also has a car park which was a worry if it did not have one. The only issue we had was the place has no lift which meant we had to leave our large suitcase in the car.

My son and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night out the 3 on our visit to Tuscany as we were flying out of Pisa the following morning. The hotel has a good mix of old and new furnishings and décor. Fabulous bathrooms though a wee bit small. Just the right amount of choice at breakfast in a pleasant conservatory.
