"All staff from security, reception, restaurant & cleaning were so welcoming & friendly. All staff spoke good english. Hotel was excellent with free boat ride & afternoon tea. Rooms were clean & modern. Eating in the restaurant is pricey."

"The room was not available as the four seasons did not have membership with Expedia. We had such a struggle to arrange money and to pay cash on spot for the rooms. Terrible service from Expedia"
