整體尚好，唯員工服務質素欠佳，一來我要求選擇8樓的房間好不讓我選，另外她忘記派早餐卷給我，幸好我翌日早上再去櫃台提問才發現，本身我有預訂早餐但她睇漏。

ゆいレール県庁前駅からすぐの場所にあり、空港からのアクセスも最高。 共用部の施設も部屋も清潔でした。たまたま宿泊した部屋の冷蔵庫が、年数が経っていたのか、コンプレッサーがうるさかったんですが、宿泊は充分に快適でした。
