"We had a lovely week at the Shangri-La. The coral coast is a beautiful area and we did a lot of snorkelling. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. This resort is great for families, friends and couples. I was travelling with my sister so we walked around and found quieter parts of the island away from all the kids. We also ate at the italian restaurant for breakfast which was adults only. They do well to cater to all types of travellers."

"There were ants on the bedside table and as soon as the staff used to keep the chocolate box in the room, it used to be full of ants and had to be thrown. Also, there were very limited (1 or 2) vegetarian options in the breakfast and the buffet dinners. Those were the things which bothered during the stay otherwise everything else was amazing. Staff was humble and welcoming each an deveryday."

"Had a great stay, we snorkeled the lagoon a couple of times every day, it is fantastic, the coral, fish life and diversity far exceeded our expectations. Staff are excellent, and property is very good value for money. Will come back. "

"The resort itself is beaytiful! It is small enough to walk around or use the bicycles provided for free, but it feels like you have place to yourself as well, the way it is laid out. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa and felt like we were the only people there. The Villa was spectacular and neatly maintained by staff and housekeeping. There was a little problem with the number of ants in the Villa that were in the kitchen and bedroom areas. Additionally, we did have a rodent enter the room that...

"I’ve stayed here a number of times, the staff are very accomodating. The rooms are a good size and the pools are good for relaxing. It a good spot if your looking for some peace and quiet. "

"Stuff was very friendly with our bags. It was very clean.. only thing the gate door was not locking. And the front desk girl name Karishma wasn’t friendly at all. She’s very rude. I have deal with her couple times and she’s the same. She should take some customer service class….."

"I booked for two nights stay but had to check out next day. Because the room smells so bad the bed smells bad pillow bed cover all dirty and roaches can be seen on kitchen counter top very dirty. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. "

"We have an amazing time in Likuri Island, the staff are incredible friendly, it was our second time with my husband, but first time for our kids and they loved it, the place have everything you need and more. The food is ok, is buffet so you can eat as much as you want, the beds was a bit to hard for us , but I’m sure if we ask for something a bit softer the staff probably will accommodate us, they did the first time we went. They have activities every day and for all ages, and awesome shows...
