There was nothing wrong. Check in was pleasant. WIFI worked. There was no Ice machine on the third floor (only 1st and 4th, weird). Location was convenient. Breakfast would have been $10 per person, so we went to Scramblers. Everything in the room was good. I would stay there again.

Staff and valet were terrible, not helpful and valet took an hr to get my car. No help when asking for management, staff found funny and wouldn't provide me with management contact
