"Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Staff aren’t caring. They aren’t very welcoming. The stay sucked. There was a pack of smokes in the closet. Our toilet seat wasn’t cleaned, I had to ask the front desk for cleaning products because apparently there’s no housekeeping in the afternoon. Makes me wonder if the rooms actually get properly and thoroughly cleaned. The bath tub is indented. It feels like you can fall through it at any moment. Very worn down place and needs some upgrading. The shower...

"Love how close it is to the trans Canada highway and to a nearby mall and amenities lots of great restaurants nearby. Did appreciate Tower a more than tower B. We stayed there two times over the past couple of weeks. Staff were super friendly and helpful and assisted when I left my cell phone in the room after checkout also, they were willing to freeze our ice pack to keep our fridge stuff cool while travelling onto the next town. We definitely stay there again."
