"Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice."

"The house is extremely clean and very well maintained. We had an issue with plumbing in one of the bathrooms. The host was very responsive and had plumbers there in no time. We would definitely stay again while visiting Hot Springs."

"My husband and granddaughter hiked part of the Ouachita Trail. While they were hiking I became quite ill while staying in the Joplin Inn. The staff were kind and helpful. They live their faith. We are grateful for their thoughtfulness!"

"The room was recently renovated, clean and well maintained. It suited our needs, and the price was reasonable. Next time I would investigate the Lodge to see whether a more luxurious room was available for an affordable price."
