"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. "We loved this hotel and thought it was really good for the price. We really enjoyed the breakfast and liked the variety. The staff were helpful and always available, even packing us breakfast for our early check out. The pool and communal area is lovely, and a great place to hang out in the day and at night. There is a hotel dog, who's calm, well trained and lovely. But if you are scared of dogs, I wouldn't recommend. The only thing that would make it better would be to have an actual double bed, rather than two singles pushed together. But that's the only thing!"

"The staff provided great customer service throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a very large and impressive selection. The bathrooms are somewhat dated, and unfortunately, my toilet had not been cleaned properly when I arrived. Housekeeping could definitely improve in terms of overall cleanliness and attention to detail. This is a very large resort, so the location of your room can make a difference. My room was closer to the pool, and it took approximately 10 minutes to get to reception. During peak times, the lift can also become quite crowded. It is also very slow. Because my room was near the pool area and restaurant corridor, I could hear music throughout the day and into the evening. It wasn't overly bothersome, but at one point I did express my concern to the hotel staff, and they were responsive and turned the music down. Interestingly, I rarely saw anyone using that particular area, so I felt the music could have been kept at a lower volume to begin with. If large resorts are your thing, you'll probably enjoy the varieties they have to offer."
