"We were satisfied with the price, location, and studio space. It fit our budget & we made the accommodations work for us. PROS: The neighborhood was FABULOUS. Great location- short drive to downtown restaurants/ bars/ bakeries/ attractions. Close to the FWY. The shower (water pressure/ temp) was perfect. Ample lighting. Having a washer/ dryer, hot plate, conventional oven, fridge, A/C & bathroom fan made the difference for us. CONS: No curtains- we hung up towels so we could sleep/ shower/...

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"I’ve stayed in Courtyard Marriott University Area several times because it’s very convenient for places I visit, the rooms are clean and the prices are reasonable. On my recent visit Juanita R at the front desk and the kitchen chef/server were delightful and professional. The dining area was very pleasant and comfortable and my room was very nice. I will return to this hotel when I visit Austin."

"The hotel was decent overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were fine for a short stay. The outside of the hotel was just okay—nothing impressive, but not bad either. What really stood out was the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars."

"Didn't see on app where I needed to put a $100 deposit down, now I have to wait 3-7 biz dAys for it to be returned to my card, all though I could have paid high atm prices to give them cash. The grab and go breakfast, must be gone by 7;30am... only coffee available @8am I will read details on app better"

"The property was dirty, had roaches and broken down furniture. They changed my room and it still sucked. Not to mention the elevator was out of order during my entire stay."
