"I don’t know how this hotel is rated so high. I feel like it staff, family, friends writing fake reviews. If I hadn’t prepaid prior to our arrival I would have left once I saw it. The hotel was outdated, not very clean, there was some random guy sitting in the lobby with a bag just hanging out (at 10pm), the person working the desk was sitting eating and talking to me with a mouth full of food while I was checking in. The room was clean-ish. The beds were supposed to be queens but felt smaller than doubles. The vent for the bathroom fan was hanging off the wall. The breakfast the next morning was barely anything. Very very very basic. We left and paid for breakfast elsewhere. Would never stay here again."
"Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The fitness center was very uncomfortable due to the preset thermostat at 76 degrees. Please fix this. It was like a sauna in there. There was no hand sanitizer. I did appreciate the cold water dispenser though."
"Multiple lights in the room did not work. The wiring for the A/C unit was a big metal block in the floor that I tripped over. When I tripped I almost stepped through the floor because there was a rather large hole under the carpet. Serious concern. The pool was closed with no reason as to why. The price point was okay, but after staying there it makes sense as to why."
"I'm sorry to say the room was too cold and I couldn't use the control to fix it.
The key card is difficult to use and I couldn't figure out how to use it for the TV.
Also the faucet in the shower seemed to be broken. I had a sink bath.
Over all the property was quiet, sound of door slams and such was practically non-existent.
But the bed was very comfy!
I rather enjoyed the atmosphere &
would recommend it to my friends."
