"The Hotel was clean, well run, and I will be returning, for sure. It is directly across from the football stadium easy walk across the parking lot. I Ubered from Eugene airport to the hotel($75-85) and walked from there. No need for a car. Great location. Breakfast buffet was fine, but not great... lacked flavor, weak coffee, cold store bought pastries. A dressed up version of a less expensive hotel "free buffet" that was $14 per person. The yogurt and apple were best. The staff was excellent. Also made a few purchases of Beaver attire, small selection but better priced then the "Beaver Store"."

"A very good location for my business purposes. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, nice room. Almost useless WIFI. I have to engage in Teams calls on the road. That doesn’t take too much bandwidth, but the WIFI could barely handle just about everything. I have to go back to Albany for business and may have to look for a different place, even though I’d rather not."

"Our room was supposedly non-smoking but the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. Homeless people right behind the hotel on the Willamette river walk, which felt unsafe. Good access within walking range to several restaurants. Staff were kind and welcoming but won't come back."

"The room was just like the pictures indicated. However, the TV didn't work. I brought it to the attention of the desk and it didn't work for TWO days. When it finally was fixed, the remote only worked within 6 ft. of the TV. Not good when you're laying in bed. One of the towels was frayed. When I came back that night, the bed was made and towels were 'freshened'. Upon closer inspection, the frayed towel was not taken out of service. It was folded and put back on the rack. I talked to the desk about compensating me. They said I need to talk to the manager. Well, the manager was never available when I was and upon check-out, my room was not compensated. When you pay for a room with amenities you expect them to work and be in decent condition. If anyone from Expedia or the Management of the Property is reading this, I would like to talk to you in person. Please contact me."
