"Tru is our favorite hotel brand, and this may be the best we’ve stayed in so far. It was clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The only complaint is that this is a pet friendly hotel and pets are allowed in all the rooms. I have a dog allergy which isn’t too bad so i try not to complain, but from the minute we walked into the room and sat on the bed I had non stop coughing spasms. Fortunately, Savannah at the front desk was able to find us a room that hadn’t had a pet stay in over 4 months and happily moved us. Problem solved and I enjoyed a wonderful night’s sleep. Thank you Savannah!
To the hotel ownership, would you please consider designating a few rooms for non-pet stays (like the old days of non-smoking rooms) to accommodate those of us with those pesky allergies."
