"Probably the best hotel in Kamloops but a bit basic for the price. Could use a few more toiletries, better air conditioning, a little more polish for the price. Great having Moxie’s and Shark Club in the building and great location right by the river downtown. Have stayed before and would stay again all in all."

"I was charged for every extra and we could even have extra tissue in the room. And i asked to use a room for a grad gathering and would have been another charge of 149 tp 210 bucks. So forget that and couldnt even get a receipt because i booked theu expedia. Such honorable joint partnering…"

"Dusty room ,there was mosquitoes in the room and window is broken was sealed with tape . No soap and shampoo in bathroom so ended up not showering ."

"We opted for the junior suite- it came with a large balcony but no window and no screen door on the balcony. This meant we couldn't get any airflow. Also at night insanely bright flourescent lights turn on the balcony and even with the blackout curtains it was light inside our room. We only had one towel in the room when we arrived but the nice lady at the front desk quickly got us more. It was a fine hotel but expected much more for the price we paid"

"Very clean and quiet. I found it a bit expensive, but that's just bc it's Kamloops, everything in Kamloops is more expensive than other places. It's an older building, nothing flashy, but it's clean, secure, and the water pressure was good, which is all that matters. Would stay again."

"We were so happy to have good sleeps on perfectly balanced mattresses that were not too soft and not too hard and the sheets were so soft It was great having a choice of two kinds of pillows too, which made all the difference in the world!"

"Very nice place to stay.. However my room had a very small bathroom with only a shower and barely enough room on the sink to put anything,so if you want a tub make sure you ask.."
