"I liked it"

"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located near the Vancouver mall with lots of dining options. We appreciated the in-room toaster and microwave. Overall, a great stay."

"Staff was very friendly and we loved our room. We had a King suite, and it was like being in a mini apartment. My son arrived a day before us and he had a queen room and he about the same type room that we had but a bit smaller. The room was clean and we were supplied with dish soap, towels, a regular sized refrigerator, dishes and a table for four people. The hotel is close to the mall and dozens of restaurants. We will be back!"

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was simple but well-stocked and there were hot beverages and cookies available in the lobby throughout our stay."

"This hotel is very unsafe for a single women to stay. I was very uncomfortable immediately upon arrival - I have stayed at less than stellar hotels before but have never experienced such an unsafe environment. The person at the front desk tried to say that the hotel was safe and in the same breath said there was a recent car break in. The lobby smelled bad, people were walking around half naked, people were camped out in their cars acting extremely suspicious. I was made to feel very awkward and...

"It was like being in a crackhouse there was black mold. The bathroom was super tiny. The toilet was meant for a child, so small . the price was about $40 too expensive. very disappointed. Would never go back. The positive was they had nice pillows."

"All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected, quality furnishings and bathroom and clean. Security robot patrolling the premises seemed to keep the parking lot safe :-D."

"The room was great (except a unique closet/storage setup). It’s great to be right on a beautiful park! The hvac was pretty loud but effective. Otherwise good sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of restaurants a short walk away. Great for pets."
