"Stayed here recently and overall it was an average experience. The location was a big plus; being close to downtown Pittsburgh made it really convenient to get around. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch that kept the room warm and cozy.

"This hotel is located near the airport. The room was comfortable. I struggled with the cleanliness of the property. The stairwells were unkept, dirty garage cans and floors were not vacuumed very well. I found a dirty washcloth in the tub and mucus on the pen by the bedside. "I will start by saying that property is bit far from the downtown area I had my business, but I am glad I chose this hotel. It is quiet, clean, comfortable (mattress could be better, but wasn’t too bad - a good night sleep is paramount in a hotel). The breakfast was fresh, hot but standard. "The room and kitchenette were perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows The right consistency. The staff that I dealt was amazing. Nigel checked me in and assisted with the very minute issues that arose swiftly and with a smile and kind words. His work was top tier. "Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day.
