"The property was clean and the staff was extremely helpful."

"Our room keys didn’t work initially or the following day after we had returned in the late afternoon. It took over 10 minutes to get a new one. Front desk didn’t seem too concerned . We had a suite with a separate bedroom area with a TV . The TV in the living area did not have a remote and the bedroom remote did not work with that, No maintenance person to remedy it and no remote to be found . The second day the front desk found a remote but it did not work with that TV. No maintenance on duty so no fix Front desk couldn’t do anything. One of the reasons for a suite was so I could watch TV late In the living area while my husband could sleep without Being disturbed as he can’t sleep with TV on. There is an expectation of standard service. A maintenance person should always be available on call or otherwise. Front desk didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. "

"Hotel was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was modest, hot and the dining area was clean and quiet. Parking was easy but unfortunately not free."

"I reserved this hotel on my trip from New York to Florida. We got there at about 11:30 PM. The front desk person was very nice and friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast TO-GO was very minimal and poor quality. They probably shouldn't do this because it seems like a good idea and then it's not, especially if the food is stale and not worth it. We took the bags and then threw them out on our road trip. Our main priority was the comfort and the price and all good."
