"We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations."

"The service was just delightful. The breakfast and customer service and smiling faces make it a one of a kind place away from home. Never had breakfast at an INN to were it felt like sitting around with family and the food was super great! Believe me, you stand out and that in a Good way! Thank you for taking pride and joy in serving others."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Roaches in our room and bathroom. The room smelled bad. No iron in the room. No fitness center. Pool is concreted in. Bar is closed. Asked front desk if we could hook up to a TV downstairs to watch the spurs game with our team, it was an immediate no. Asked the front desk lady about the fitness center, acted completely clueless and was not able to give me any explanation. I paid $200 dollars to stay here. Worst money I have ever spent. I should have forked out the extra $100 bucks to stay somewhere better. We had 5 other sets of family stay at the hotel the same weekend. They all reported bugs and rude staff."

"The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier."

"My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. Reluctantly, I was given a new room. The next morning, the rooms adjacent to my original room, as well as the original, were flooded out and had fans running in them. My room had a table and desk, but no chairs, and the freezer in the mini fridge was almost completely filled with ice, rendering it unusable. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay and will not be staying there again."
