"Clean property and in a good location. Room was a good size. Breakfast was a little disappointing (wish they had more fresh healthy options). I was unable to work because I couldn’t stay connected to the wi-fi. I also couldn’t open any streaming services because the television in our room was unable to connect to Internet."

"Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

"We got a one bed with sofa couch and it was huge! Room was nice, probably could have been a little more clean but it was okay! Bed was comfy too! Front desk was so kind."

"This was about the only room that wasn’t so priced jacked for a concert. It was still way overpriced for what it was. The room was overall clean but definitely not kept up. The pool was disgusting so definitely could not have even used that had we been able to. In a pinch it’s an ok place but not some place I would seek out."

"We had to wait for over an hour for our room. And it had 2 beds both of the comforters were stained bad. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept or mopped. Only had 1 towel and couldn’t get more. We had to pay extra to get to the concert cause of the wait to get in our room. We paid over $300 for this room when it is usually $85. And the morning we are checking out the manager only said they would refund $60 for the problems and was very unhelpful."

I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. "Great place with incredible staff and breakfast. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and assure our needs were met. This will be our place for visits to Lubbock."

"Our reservation was lost. They had rooms available but where 10X the amount we booked it for. There was not any type of notification that our room was cancelled or anything. We drove hours to get to the hotel to find out that we did not have one. The receptionist was not kind and we had to leave. Unfortunately, we had to go home because there were no rooms available in town and this hotel was not worth over $500.00 a night to stay in."
