Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets located on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient since our room was on the third floor. "

"Went to breakfast at 8:30. There was no coffee, small amount of eggs were cold. No gravy. Biscuits were burnt on top. Out of creamer. We told the desk and someone came to start restocking. She was very nice but I was t hungry by then. Everything else was good. We came back for a second night. "

The second night was better I did sleep better but I don’t know if it was just because I was so tired from not sleeping the night before. That said I know it’s not the hotels fault for the noise.
