"The staff were nice and the place was great. Since we were there for a vacation, it would have been nice to have a concierge service. No one there knew anything about how the northern lights industry worked. We had to figure out what to do completely by searching the internet. It was a pain. It would be easy to know all that and help guests negotiate it."

"The place was amazing. It is not about the room but about being the hub of the place. The restaurants, the store, the activities starting there and organised by them. There is a great vibe of activity and expectation. Many happy people from all over the world. It is located perfectly, on the lake and on the river bank. The rooms are basic but clean and had all we needed. The breakfast very diversed. There are also two restaurants and Fika-s. Thank you. We had the best time!!"

We had a nice dinner in the restaurant, we could see the northern lights outside from our room, and there was a fast charger for EVs next to the hotel, ideal to pop up the car for our trip to Norway the next day.
