"The breakfast - very very limited options and not enough food available. Staff were somehow unable to keep the food area topped up. Breakfast front of house staff tried their best but management were fully aware in advance of how many residents had pre-booked breakfast and should have ensured there was enough Fruit was not fresh and coffee machine broken. Rooms adequate and very clean. There was no soap in shower but this was quickly remedied at reception."

"Our room was clean. The safe and 2 of outlets werenāt working but everything else was great. The room was spacious enough for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. Our room had a queen bed and bunk beds. We had breakfast included the mat was really useful. We ate at 7am on 2 morning and the restaurant was relatively quiet but on our last morning we ate at 9am and it was chaos but all of the buffet stations were well stocked. We used the shuttle bus but had to get an uber twice due to high demand. We stayed for the fireworks and ended up getting an uber (ā¬18) back to the hotel as the line for the bus was huge. BE WARNED do not rely on taxis outside of Disney as there were many obvious scams going on. One family were being asked to pay ā¬45 to get back to a hotel next to Grand magic, either use the shuttle or a ride share service."

"Great room lots of space and amenities There was water available 24/7 in the lobby A vending machine would be a good addition as we couldnāt get anything else to drink when we arrived but over at the Ibis across the road they served juices 24/7 so went there"

"This was perfect for our short stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were fantastic. Our youngest also really enjoyed the indoor play area. My only comment would be that the evening buffet was quite expensive for the selection that was actually on offer, but the food was of great quality and there was more than enough for us. I would definitely consider returning again."

"We had the best time of our life at the Disney Hotel! The place is like a palace, elegant and gorgeous. We met so many Disney friends, Mickey/Minnie/Donald/Goofy as well as princesses Belle and Ariel. The buffet is definitely 10 out of 10 amazing, with beautifully crafted desserts. The room is spacious with custom pillows to order for our enjoyment - wow on everything! We will definitely be back!"

"It is Apartment hotel so cleaning services will only be once a week. Near disney abd there is free shuttle provided but it gets so busy in the morning. We booked a room for 3 people , 2 adults and 1 kid. They gave us a room with small bunk beds and one sofa bed. It was not comfortable so we changed to 2 bedrooms one and it was really better. Not very much clean outside rooms, the halls or when you open the windows you will see spider's webs everywhere on the corners of walls. Pool was not heated it was cold. Location is really good for disney visitors."

"Beautiful Hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Wish there was quick and grab food options in the hotel. Our room was 315 steps from the elevator. We didn't want to leave the room unless necessary. I would have requested a closer room to the lobby."
