"Our stay was amazing. In the perfect location - so easy to get around and close to everything. Room was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool area was gorgeous and quaint. Staff was also extremely welcoming and kind and accommodating for any needs through the stay. Highly, highly recommend."

Positive - location, good restaurants, amenities, comfortable master bed, employees willingness to try and make up on other shortfalls Negative - this is not a 4 star property, one tiny tv, sofa bed was disappointingly old and difficult to manage, oven which was set up in mandarin and no one bothered to reset before handing to new tenants, same with tv setting in mandarin, washer with dryer that did not dry, never...

"Great location near subway or 20 min walk downtown…use the subway and save your energy for walking downtown . Has washer, we did laundry, couldn’t figure out dry cycle did hang dry overnight. St Jorge castle walkable from here with cafe/lunch breaks along the way"

"We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. There was an issue with the apartment that we had booked so they upgraded us into a two bedroom in another building they manage. The building was great, clean, and located just around the corner. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had some issues leading up to our stay communicating due to issues with the Expedia platform. Once we connected on WhatsApp, communication was easy and they were very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "
