"El día de la entrada no había nadie en el hotel, no contestaron las llamadas, ni mensajes, ni mails. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento que hasta las 20hrs no pude encontrar. Al día siguiente nos pasaron un mensaje diciendo que tuvieron una incidencia y que nos compensaban con 2 noches gratis."
