The room was not made up when we checked in. Bathtub was very inconvenient. Water pressure was low. There was very bad smell in bathroom which did not go away even after getting cleaned. We asked to change the room due to smell but they said, it is the last one. Breakfast was below average. Parking fee is SAR 50 / day. Location is good.

Life time bad experience

Hi, I booked the hotel based on the availability of free parking facility. I drove the car about 9 hrs to reach the hotel. when i reached there to get the room and asked them to give me the parking, they said we have no parking. I tried to talk to manager but he said that I am lying and they don't offer free parking. I showed him the booking page and he said that somebody put this by mistake. they finally refused me the parking and said you can go if you don't want to stay. Stupid dealing style. Then i spent 2.5 hours to find parking far away from the hotel. the room cleaning was terrible. Anyhow, i shortened my trip from 3 nights to 2 nights. At the checkout I requested them a refund but they said the person dealing with Expedia booking will come at 9. He didn't show up till 11 am and finally i decided to leave without getting refund for 1 night. Then i dropped my account number and contact details. No body called me for refund till now. I want my money back.

was bad

we booked free parking with the room, but when we arrived they asked for parking fee. Also there was problem with the alarm that would be setting off every few minutes, also in the morning the electricity was shut down for an hour or so. There was no tissues and no coffee or sugar, and when asked for tissues, they brought bathroom tissues. my experience with this hotel was so bad that I'll never book in it again and I definitely don't recommend it for anyone who wants to booke a hotel in almadina
