"The Schafli is a companion hotel to the Hotel Uzwil which is a good 4*.
Breakfast was at the Uzwil, a 10 minute walk but worth it as an above average breakfast in a lovely clean restaurant.
The bedroom at Schafli was clean, good sized shower room and functional. No staff on site and seems to cater over business overnight customers.
Very handy for the excellent rain service across Switzerland and cheaper than Zurich"

"Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent service. Easily accessible also by public transport: bus stops are next to the hotel and a distance to the nearest railwaystation les than 500 m. "
"This property is excellent, especially if you are renting a car and like to make your own food while you travel. Modern, sleek, cute, and well accommodated with convenient parking. We had a really nice stay!"
"Amazing stay in a beautiful place. The interior design felt new and clean with thoughtful, modern touches. We had the place to ourselves during a rainy week and really enjoyed the breakfast and proximity to wonderful adventures. The owners were helpful and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside is there’s no air conditioner so it’s a bit hot in warm weather but when the balcony is open, then it’s okay at night.
